At Bloomoria, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing artificial flowers and decorative floral products from our store.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting a return or refund.
1. 30-Day Free Return and Refund Policy
Bloomoria offers free returns and refunds within 30 days.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the request must be submitted within the applicable 30-day return period.
Approved eligible returns are provided at no return shipping cost to the customer.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item should generally:

We understand that packaging may be opened to inspect the product. Opening a package for reasonable inspection does not automatically make an item ineligible for return.

Please do not send products to our business address without first receiving return instructions from Bloomoria. Unauthorized returns may result in processing delays.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@bloomoria.space.
Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing the information provided, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
5. Artificial Flower Appearance
Artificial flowers may require gentle reshaping after transportation due to protective packaging.
Minor bending of stems, leaves, or petals caused by packaging may often be corrected by carefully adjusting and reshaping the product.
Small variations in color, arrangement, or appearance may also occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, product positioning, or normal manufacturing differences.
Such minor variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective. However, customers may still contact us within the applicable return period if they wish to request an eligible return.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
Bloomoria does not control external payment processing times after a refund has been successfully issued.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests before the order enters fulfillment or shipment. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
8. Return Abuse
Bloomoria reserves the right to review return activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with reasonable personal purchasing behavior.
We may refuse requests involving fraudulent claims, deliberate product damage, manipulated evidence, or other misuse of our return process, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
